How Does It Work
It all starts with a conversation
We begin every design with a discussion of your goals, budget, and time-frame
Whether you already know what you want, of if you need some guidence in your decisions, you will be working with experienced, artistic professionals.
The Orian Bespoke team collaborates on each piece with the client and works through a 1 on 1 session to clearly understand the clients vision
CAD modeling
Realistic renderings and physical models help transform sketched ideas into reality in front of the clients eyes
3D printing & mold making
Once a design is agreed upon, we 3-D print your piece to check the fit of all the main stones before investing and casting your piece. We have our own 3-D printers as well as hand wax carvers onsite, to create the perfect blend of traditonal and new school design and fabrication techniques
Casting
Our casting facility is in house, equipped with industry standard vacuum casting equipment and electric crucibles that allow us to work with gold and silver with high precision and accuracy
Our tools from Rio-Grande and Kerr enable us to cast each piece in small batches for each order, ensuring attention to detail for your project
Gemstone Setting
We utilize pneumatic engraving equipment and jewelry microscopes in order to hand set each gemstone in your piece all in house. Visit our gallery to see our craftsmanship for yourself
Finishing and Polishing
The final stage of the production is finishing where the final polish is achieved. This is the last stage of your custom piece of jewelry

Time Line
Most projects take about 4-6 weeks total; commonly 1-3 weeks in the Design, Cad and Wax stages, and 2-3 weeks from final design approval. Design time varies, but give yourself time to enjoy the experience of bringing to life a unique heirloom!
Pricing, Estimates & Payments
Verbal estimates are approximations only; all firm estimates will be given in writing and are valid for 30 days
- All pricing will have center & major side stones priced out separately. Small diamond melee (under .10 ct.) is generally included in all pricing.
- Estimates on projects that have already started will not be changed without prior notification and approval from the customer, unless the customer pauses production for more than 6 months.
- We require a 50% deposit on custom work and full payment on major gemstones before starting work.
- We accept credit cards for any amount if presented in person.
- For online purchases, chat with your designer about payment and financing options.
- We may require an ID photo with your credit card, correct billing address and a signed credit card form. Please ask about wire transfers or other payment methods.
- We currently collect sales tax for orders delivered in our home state only; sales tax is subject to change and is based on delivery address.
- We reserve the right to hold orders to allow time for payment clearing.
- Payments of over 2000.00 paid by wire transfer (or Cash) may be eligible for a 1.5% discount, please ask you Designer for details. Discounts, Coupons and promotions cannot be combined.
